In 2023, part of
the area of the north garden of The House of Telephus Relief (Ins. Orientalis I.2)
was opened as The Garden of Idleness and Leisure.

Nel cosiddetto
“giardino dei melograni” il nuovo allestimento darà al visitatore la possibilità
di sostare nell’area comodamente seduto su sdraio pieghevoli di un deciso
colore rosso bordeaux che richiama idealmente quello dei melograni maturi.
Adulti e bambini, potranno concedersi una pausa, durante la quale potranno
leggere e consultare volumi in diverse lingue selezionati allo scopo.
Lo spazio
multifunzionale sarà animato con diversi allestimenti ed iniziative. L’accesso
al Giardino della Casa del Rilievo di Telefo è inserito nel biglietto
d’ingresso e negli stessi orari di visita del sito archeologico.
In
the so-called “pomegranate garden the new setup will give the visitor the
opportunity to stay in the area comfortably seated on folding deckchairs of a
strong burgundy red colour which ideally recalls that of ripe pomegranates.
Adults and children will be able to take a break, during which they can read
and consult volumes in different languages selected for this purpose.
The
multifunctional space will be animated with various displays and initiatives.
Access to the Garden of the House of the Relief of Telephus is included in the
entrance ticket and during the same visiting hours as the archaeological site.
